Joe Frodsham

Joe Frodsham has extensive experience across multiple industries in leading human resource functions and building cutting-edge talent management systems. As Founder and Principal of JBKF Group, Joe has spent much of the last decade as a consultant to companies across industries, providing the most contemporary and impactful career and INgagement solutions.

Prior to forming JBKF Group, Joe served as the Vice President of Talent and as the interim Senior Vice President of Human Resources for Tenet Healthcare, the largest publicly owned hospital chain in the United States. Prior to Tenet, Joe was the Global Director, Leadership Development, at Whirlpool Corporation, helping the company achieve a national ranking as the 11th best company for leaders according to the annual Hewitt study. Joe also worked with Compaq Computer Corporation from 1996 to 2002, assuming a series of progressively larger roles, ultimately leading the staffing and organizational effectiveness functions. Joe began his career working with Andersen Consulting.

Joe earned his bachelor’s degree in psychology and his master’s degree in organizational behavior from Brigham Young University. He has published a number of articles, co-authored a seminal book on careers entitled Make It Work, and is a speaker and recognized expert on talent, leadership, and organization development. He is a lifetime member of Phi Kappa Phi. His certifications include: MBTI, The Birkmann Method, Leadership Capability Indicator (LCI), Dynamic Factors Guilford Zimmerman, Communication Styles, High Definition 360 and Profilor (360).

William Gargiulo

William Gargiulo, business author of Make It Work and talent practice speaker, consults to many Fortune 250 Global Companies. William’s career and expertise span twenty plus years across multiple continents in both the healthcare and manufacturing industries. Prior to the JBKF Group, William was the Vice President of Talent and Organization Development for a 41 billion dollar health care conglomerate, as well as the Global Director of talent for Whirlpool Corporation, a 25 billion dollar consumer goods organization.

William’s experience specializes in building, integrating, and sustaining innovation, high performance, and organizational engagement through all aspects of the talent practice lifecycle. This includes: assessment and selection, onboarding, high performance and engagement, leadership development, succession management, and workforce planning. William is also experienced and accomplished in Organization Design and Change management, and has partnered and worked with leading thinkers in both fields. William has also been instrumental in leading several multi-billion organizations (Consumer Goods and Health Care) to external recognition, including being a Top Company for Leaders through innovative and integrated talent practices.

William co-authored Make It Work, the seminal book on renewing employee/organizational engagement through a totally new and revolutionary practice called INgagement. He is also well recognized as a speaker in the areas of total talent management.

William holds an MBA from the Garvin School of International Management and currently lives in Dallas. He also speaks fluent Spanish.
